A popular and helpful tool for coupon clippers is the Sunday Coupon Insert Schedule which allows couponers to know which coupon inserts will be in the Sunday newspaper.This list shows the dates and which coupon inserts are scheduled plus how many are scheduled. Multiple inserts scheduled are in parenthesis in front of the coupon source.The schedule is posted at the beginning of each year and it is subject to change. As changes become known, the schedule will be updated. Also, generally there are no inserts on holidays with the exception of Proctor & Gamble.
